Improvise songs? They can do just about anything as long as they successfully communicate which of nine possible targets they are going after.... and for how much of a reward. Once they have done so, the guards, however many there are, will debate about how to use their resources to catch the thieves in the act, as well as get clues to their secret communication methods. Will the guards close in on the thieves in time?
