Refund policy

Unopened physical products can be returned for a full refund, including original shipping, if sent within 30 days. Customer provides the return shipping, which is not covered. There is no restocking fee. Refunds and exchanges are processed in about 7 days. Defective products are replaced or refunded at our cost. Digital products that are delivered by download or email cannot be returned and are final sale.
