Shipping policy
We engage in pre-order and physical and digital order sales.
Pre-order sales are for products that are not currently in stock. The entire order of physical products will be shipped when all items in an order are in stock, unless the shipping can cost can be split. This will be at our discretion.
Digital orders will be accompanied by an immediate download link to access digital files, primarily PDFs of the item.
We are not responsible for damage caused by third-party shipping services. If your item arrives damaged or in a damaged container, reach out to the shipping services for support. If your product arrives incomplete, such as missing parts or the item is unsealed, email us at jasper@dvc.games to see what can be done. We cannot guarantee replacement or refund for damaged, incomplete or lost items.
